Nicoles’s journey in sports led her to pursue a degree in Sports Rehabilitation, which opened doors to work with professional football and rugby players, Olympic swimmers, and iron men athletes. She also became involved in children’s sports academies, focusing on swimming and football.
Through her extensive work with athletes’ bodies, Nicole came to a profound realisation: to effectively reduce inflammation and pain, minimize injury risk, and enhance performance, one must adopt a holistic approach to the body. She understood that addressing the root cause was essential for meaningful change. This epiphany led her to explore various aspects of health, including nutrition, supplements, lifestyle stressors, emotions, sleep patterns, breathing techniques, and toxin exposure.
Driven by this newfound perspective, Nicole pursued further education at the esteemed College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London. Her particular interest in the connection between liver, gut, and brain health inspired her to design a protocol for removing heavy metals and toxins from the body.
